Annual Membership Renewal

Thank you for being a member of AAHPO. To renew your membership and submit your Membership Renewal Fee by mail, please send a check in the amount of $100.00 made out to AAHPO and mail it to:

AAHPO Refund & Cancellation Policy

Membership

AAHPO memberships are not transferable. AAHPO will refund the total fee paid minus a $50.00 administrative fee for membership cancellations and refund requests received within 30 days of membership application filing.

Conference Registration and Event Tickets

AAHPO will refund the total fees paid minus a $100.00 administrative fee for registration cancellations and refund requests received at least 30 days prior to the event. No refund will be issued for any event related fees or donations after this period. Refunds will not be made for no-shows.

Donations

Donations to AAHPO are considered non-refundable gifts. AAHPO, Inc. is a 501c (3) non-profit organization. As such, contributions to AAHPO are deductible as charitable contributions for Federal Income Tax purposes.
