On the evening of Saturday, March 23, Diocesan Primate Bishop Mesrop Parsamyan hosted a gathering at the Diocesan Center to honor and thank members of the American Armenian Health Professionals Organization (AAHPO).

AAHPO members under the leadership of Dr. Larry Najarian greatly helped and advised the Diocese during the time of Bishop Mesrop’s recovery from an auto accident, and also throughout the pandemic period.

The Primate also thanked Fr. Davit Karamyan, the Diocese’s acting Executive Director, who shouldered numerous administrative burdens throughout both periods, keeping the Diocese stable and active.

“Surrounded by these friends, I sincerely thanked them for their constant support and expert care during my recovery,” said Bishop Mesrop.

He went on: “This gathering was more than a dinner: it was a celebration of the spirit of compassion and resilience that defines us. To each member of AAHPO, your dedication shines as a beacon of hope and unity. Thank you for being the hands through which the grace of God is made tangible in our times of need.”
